All Bayou Total Trainers are covered by the following warranty:

1. Warranty Length: Bayou Fitness warrants that its products are free of defects in workmanship and materials, and will repair or replace defective parts, free of charge, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All rollers, ropes and pulleys are backed with a LIFETIME WARANTY.
   
2. This warranty is valid only in accordance with the following conditions:
   
   
   
   1. This warranty applies to Bayou Total Trainer products only while the products remain in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
      
      
   2. This warranty applies to residential use only (unless specifically stated by Bayou Fitness to be warranted for institutional use) and is void when used in a non-residential environment.
      
      
   3. This warranty excludes misuse, abuse, alteration, improper service, or non Bayou Total Trainer product modifications.
      
      
   4. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and/or all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Bayou Fitness, and it neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of these products. Under no circumstances shall Bayou Fitness be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, incidental, secondary or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
