All items sold by Bayou Total Trainer® are covered under a 30 day return policy. A customer must phone or email us during normal business hours within the first 30 day period beginning the day the item is delivered. A customer service representative will then assign you a Return Authorization Number. This RA number must accompany the package when it is returned. The RA number is only valid for 10 days so the item must be returned within that period.
The package must be returned in the original box with all attachments and accessories via the same type of carrier. For example, if the item arrived on a pallet by a freight company, it must be returned on a pallet by a freight company. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be issued only to the original method of payment. The refund will be less any and all applicable initial shipping fees and any fees for broken or missing parts or improper returns. The return freight must be prepaid by the customer. Failure to prepay the return freight will result in the original and return shipping charges being deducted from the customer's refund. The actual shipping charges may not be equal to the amount originally charged to the customer. This applies even if the original purchase was shipped with “free shipping”.
Always insure the package and note the tracking number for the return shipment. This will aid you in any claims should the package be lost or damaged in shipping.
