If you are looking to increase the strength in your shoulders as well as your upper and mid back then a lat machine is your best choice. Unfortunately, most people do not have room for a specialized piece of fitness equipment for just a few body parts. To rectify this, we offer a lat attachment for your existing EF-7620 (this is not a stand-alone lat station; please see the EF-7618 if you are looking for a stand-alone station). The EF-7621 features both a high and low pulley assembly for a variety of exercises and variations.

The EF-7621 includes an angled lat bar and a compact low row bar as well as a brace bar for your feet during a low row. The lat bar is stored on dual hooks at the top of the cage when not in use and both bars attach to the pulley cables with a linked chain. This storage position allows you to store the lat attachment when a workout is completed without ever hindering the usage of the cage as a squat or lifting station.

Both the lat function and the low row function of the EF-7621 utilize the dual standard size (1”) weight posts in the rear of the unit. These ride securely on dual guide rods for the smoothest and most even motion during your workout. The entire lat attachment bolts securely on both the top and the bottom of the EF-7620. This creates a stable and firmly fixed connection between your half cage and lat station, allowing an increase in the amount of routines and features possible on your existing EF-7620.

EF Products provides a lifetime frame and parts warranty on this item for as long as the original purchaser owns the unit. This applies to residential usage only and does not include any labor or service calls. In a light institutional setting, EF Products extends a one year limited parts warranty and a lifetime frame warranty to the original purchaser only. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of the product invalidates this warranty. Cosmetic wear items such as paint are not covered under this lifetime period. All requested parts must include a part number and your original order number.
