The Pacific Rower makes ingenious use of the unique physical properties of water. Just as a wave can be anything from a gentle ripple to a raging ocean surf, so Pacific Rower instantly adapts from a light warm-up to a fierce workout. That’s because with water, the harder you exercise, the tougher it gets. Ask any rower!
Pacific Rower was developed in collaboration with professional rowers to deliver the feel, sight and sound of real on-water rowing. The multiple chamber, ribbed tank internals provide natural ‘catch’ at the start of the stroke, and the most smooth and consistent resistance you will find on any rowing ergometer. The water level is easily varied, between 9 and 17 liters, to change the overall resistance profile to perfectly suit every user. |

BENEFITS OF ROWING
Rowing is a great fitness activity for all ages and body types. It is one of the best forms of total body aerobic exercise, with all major muscle groups called into full use. Interestingly, expert opinion is that only swimming and cross-country skiing come into the same league. And rowing is non-weight–bearing, which makes it especially suitable for those who are no longer young.
Rowing is also highly meditative, with the hypnotic repetition of simple body movements. Devotees of rowing view its cyclic motion as good for their feeling of "karma", and the steady rotation of water on Fluid Rower machines helps accentuate this sense of well-being.

A daytime telephone number is required before this item is shipped. The transporter will need your telephone number to schedule the delivery.
Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. We offer curbside delivery and a signature is required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order.
Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
- If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
- It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your house, garage, etc.
- Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up.
