 With intelligent features and a comfortable design, the Keys HealthTrainer 660U will be a welcome addition to your home. Featuring a total of 29 workout programs, including 5 heart rate programs and 16 levels of quiet magnetic resistance, allows you to personalize the workout to your needs.
HealthTrainer 660U Monitor Hand Grips are placed in the most convenient position on the handlebars and feeds data into the easy-to-read blue backlit LCD computer so you can stay within your target heart rate zone. The American Heart Association (AHA) defines this target as 60% to 75% percent of your maximum heart rate.
Your maximum heart rate may be roughly calculated by subtracting your age from 220. Your maximum heart rate and aerobic capacity naturally decreases as you age. This may vary from one person to another, but use this number to find your approximate effective target zone.
(220 - Less Your Age) x 60% = Your Target Heart Rate Zone
The adjustable oversized seat can be raised or lowered and locks into position to give you the most effective workout.

The HealthTrainer 660U features an LCD blue backlit display with easy touch controls. While the computer tracks your workout for you, it’s easy to see your time, distance, revolutions per minute (RPM), speed, calories and pulse.
The display shows a representation of the selected program and tracks your progress with the current section blinking.
The display is plug-in and comes with an AC adaptor that will plug into any standard household outlet.
This exercise bike is an enjoyable way to get in shape while watching television, listening to the radio or reading.
