FEATURES:
Resistance: The First Degree Fluid Rower is unique in the fact that it uses water for resistance but still offers the ability for on-the-fly changes to the resistance settings. There are 16 separate levels of resistance on the Fluid Rower, providing a range from as light as a feather all the way to an Olympic sprint, all done with the simple flick of a handle.
 Comfort: The First Degree Fluid Rower has its seat positioned at a height of 18" off the ground. This is the same height as an average office chair and makes for extremely easy entry and exit from the Fluid Rower. In addition the Fluid Rower seat is molded to an ergonomically correct shape for increased comfort.
Water: The First Degree Fluid Rower uses water as it's form of resistance. This is the most accurate manner in which to simulate actual outdoor rowing and provides a smooth and consistent sensation throughout the range of motion of the exercise. The natural, soothing sound is an added benefit of the water and contributes to a relaxing and comforting workout experience.
Programming: The feedback on the First Degree Fluid Rower gives you all of the vital information you need to gauge the progress of your workout, including number of strokes, strokes per minute, time and more. The console is also ready to read a POLAR® chest belt transmitter to display accurate heart rate readings to maximize the effect of your rowing workout.
Size: The First Degree Fluid Rower is substantially shorter than comparably priced upper-end rowing machines - it measures only 75" long versus between 83" and 95" long for other units. Combine this with the Fluid Rower's folding ability and it becomes an extremely compact unit.

HOW IT WORKS
ONE TANK - TWO CHAMBERS
- The patented Fluid Technology variable resistance system makes ingenious use of a twin-chamber tank.
- Rotating paddles act on water in the outer chamber to provide the necessary resistance to the athlete's effort, and dissipate energy.
- The inner chamber purely provides passive storage of water.
- The position of the indicator determines the relative levels between the two chambers.

A daytime telephone number is required before this item is shipped. The transporter will need your telephone number to schedule the delivery.
Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. We offer curbside delivery and a signature is required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order.
Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
