This treadmill offers a powerful 3.0 HP motor, quick speed controls up to 12 mph & goal setting programmability. Now you can plug specific workout goals into the console (i.e. the calories to burn & time in which to burn them) and the console automatically alters other aspects of your workout to help you reach those goals.

10 Personal Training, 2 Heart Rate & 2 Learn Workouts - Ten personal trainer workouts automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, each focusing on an aerobic, weight loss or performance goal. Two heart rate workouts help you stay in your target heart rate zone by increasing or lowering the speed when you need to raise or lower your heart rate. Two "Learn" workouts give you the ability to create and customize a workout and then save it for future use.

Goal Setting Programmability
In addition to the pre-programmed workouts, this treadmill helps you set your own goals. For example, say you would like to burn 300 calories in 30 minutes. Use the up and down arrows to set the time display at 30 minutes and the calorie display at 300. Watch as the console makes calculations based on your input and automatically adjusts the other displays.

A daytime telephone number is required before this item is shipped. The transporter will need your telephone number to schedule the delivery.
Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. We offer curbside delivery and a signature is required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 14 business days from the date of your order.

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
