When space constraints are an issue but you still desire a sleek and toned mid-section, the EF-4415 is the way to go. The fixed decline position allows for a greater range of motion during crunches which better targets the upper and lower abs as opposed to only the upper abs which are the primary target of flat crunches. The backboard bolts directly to the single piece frame, which allows for a very simple two-step assembly process.

The second assembly step features the insertion of the steel rods that hold the dual ankle pads. This allows a user to position their body safely, securely and appropriately on the machine for an ideal workout. While safety is the main concern, the 4” ankle pads have been carefully contoured for maximum comfort and longevity as well. This ensures that your EF-4415 will provide a beneficial and reliable workout for many years to come.
