When constructing a complete home gym, cages are often a starting point but many people have size restrictions that can prohibit a full power cage. The solution to this is a half cage. This combines the benefits of a squat stand with the expandability of a full cage.

The EF-7622 features an eleven-point chrome gunrack for self-spotting in lifts and squats in addition to adjustable safety spotters. There are eight plate posts on the rear of the unit, which provides convenient storage as well as acts as a counterweight to a bar placed on the front of the unit during a workout. The wide forward angled footprint also allows for sturdy and safe workouts without the danger of tipping or swaying.

The EF-7623 features both a high and low pulley assembly for a variety of exercises and variations. Included with the attachment are an angled lat bar with molded rubber grips, a compact low row bar and a brace bar for your feet during a low row. The lat bar is stored on dual hooks at the top of the cage when not in use and both bars attach to the pulley cables with linked chain. The storage hooks allow you to store the lat attachment when a workout is completed without ever hindering the usage of the cage as a squat or lifting station.

The EF-7624 allows for excellent chest and shoulder enhancement without interfering in your range of motion on either the lat/low row attachment or the half cage base. The resistance is provided by attaching plate weights to the EF-7623 attachment that you will need to have already attached to your EF-7622.

While the EF-7622 allows you to create a complete home gym by itself (when paired with a bench, bar or weights), it will also work as a base for many other accessories such as a lat, pec fly or smith attachment. The attachments can all be added to the EF-7622 individually or as a set to create a complete gym in one narrow footprint.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
EF Products provides a lifetime frame and parts warranty on this item for as long as the original purchaser owns the unit. This applies to residential usage only and does not include any labor or service calls. In a light institutional setting, EF Products extends a one year limited parts warranty and a lifetime frame warranty to the original purchaser only. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of the product invalidates this warranty. Cosmetic wear items such as paint are not covered under this lifetime period. All requested parts must include a part number and your original order number.

A daytime telephone number is required before this item is shipped. The transporter will need your telephone number to schedule the delivery.

Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. We offer curbside delivery and a signature is required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 14 business days from the date of your order.

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
