The primary needs found in any fitness equipment are reliability, usability and comfort. The upper lat bar is wide and comfortably sized with molded rubber end grips. When not in use, this bar fits comfortably into a steel cage bolted to the top of the unit. When in use, this lat bar attaches sturdily to an innovative cable design. The cable’s design features a unique “no change” set up to eliminate annoying delays when switching between lat pull downs and low rows. At the end of the cable setup is a dual steel carriage featuring two standard weight posts riding on chrome guide rods.

The EF-7618 is not just a singular workout machine however. With the dual cable outlets, you also have a fully functional low row station as well. The diamond foot plate that normally lies flat for added front end stability flips up to integrate with the mounted row bar located beneath the seat. This row bar features the same solid construction and rubber coated handgrips at the lat bar in a smaller size. Combining with these usability features is the comfort offered by the thickly padded seat and fully adjustable lat row leg braces. The 4.33” vinyl wrapped roll pads extend vertically hold down your thighs during rear facing lat pulldowns.

11 Gauge Steel Frame

The feet on EF Products are bolted on instead of the regular 'slide-on' type on other manufacturers' products. Bolted on feet are more durable, less skid resistant (which makes your equipment safer) and stay put so you're not constantly fighting them when moving your equipment.

Oversized 4.33" Rollers
The industry standard foam rollers are nice but they have no barrier between themselves and the user's sweat while they workout. Imagine those rollers after daily use for even a time period such as a month. With the EF Products' superior quality vinyl rollers, you can put your mind at ease. Our rollers are wrapped in soft, comfy vinyl that resist sweat and are easily cleaned with a wet rag.

The cushions were constructed of scrap foam pieces glued together and inferior wood as their bases.

EF Products is proud to announce we use only high quality, hi-density foam and select pieces of 3/4" plywood in our cushions. We also give our customers a whopping 3" of padding versus the normal 2" industry standard making our cushions the most comfortable on the market.
