45° hyperextension benches may appear unorthodox but they are invaluable for lower back training, rehabilitation exercises and sports specific programs. The EF-7609 boasts dual hip pads filled with thick hi-density foam, thus allowing individuals of multiple hip widths to use the unit in comfort and stability. The 4.33” thick vinyl wrapped ankle pads with chrome end caps also accommodate multiple foot sizes while creating a solid and plush base for steady workouts. In addition to the comfort that is provided by the luxurious padding and oversized dimensions of the EF-7609, safety and reliability are paramount.

The U shaped base bar and 11 gauge powder coated square tubing creates a very stable and solid workout with no rocking, swaying or tipping. The fully adjustable hip pads allow for multiple positions and lock into place with dual adjustments for the ultimate in safety specifications. The main adjustment is a spring-loaded steel pin with an oversized grip ball located on the side of the frame for easy adjustments regardless of the range of motion possible in the hand of the user. The secondary adjustment is an equally oversized screw in knob located on the underneath of the frame. Angled rubber grip handlebars with molded finger grips located underneath the hip pads finish out the list of safety rich details of the EF-7609. These allow users to position themselves properly on the unit while also providing a solid brace point for the beginning and end of a routine.

11 Gauge Steel Frame

The industry standard foam rollers are nice but they have no barrier between themselves and the user's sweat while they workout. Imagine those rollers after daily use for even a time period such as a month. With the EF Products' superior quality vinyl rollers, you can put your mind at ease. Our rollers are wrapped in soft, comfy vinyl that resist sweat and are easily cleaned with a wet rag.

The cushions were constructed of scrap foam pieces glued together and inferior wood as their bases.

EF Products is proud to announce we use only high quality, hi-density foam and select pieces of 3/4" plywood in our cushions. We also give our customers a whopping 3" of padding versus the normal 2" industry standard making our cushions the most comfortable on the market.
